Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days of ordering and they will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For. If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent separately.

All parcels will need to be signed for. In the event that no-one is available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Please note that International Orders the approximate delivery timescales will be displayed at checkout. You will be liable for any taxes due for import of the goods. My Personalised Suitcase will not be liable for these charges and delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate and will be determined upon the couriers.

Free Delivery Offers

Free delivery offers are subject to availability and are NOT applicable to addresses outside mainland UK unless otherwise stated. Free delivery offers also can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or against sale items unless otherwise stated.
